2. Personal data we collect

  • Contact data: when you email us (name, email address, message content).
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, device and basic navigation data, collected only when strictly necessary or with your consent (see Cookies Policy).

  • Reply to your enquiries — legal basis: your consent / pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.a/b GDPR).
  • Operate and secure the website — legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
  • Analytics and embedded third-party content — legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

4. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and to comply with legal obligations.

5. Recipients and international transfers

We may rely on third-party processors (hosting, email and embedded widgets such as the LinkedIn feed provided through CommonNinja). When transfers outside the European Economic Area occur, we ensure appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as withdraw consent at any time, by writing to sales@sentitechsoftware.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised or unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage.
